Same stretch of beach. A bigger kitchen.

Coconut Water Beach Club is on the Mahahual malecón, directly next to Krazy Lobster.  Chairs and tables are free with food or drinks. Walk-ins are welcome when we have space. Tour guests with a reservation go first.

Our prices sit with the rest of the beach: tacos from $12, 16 oz cocktails at $12, Mexican beers from $4, shrimp from $20. What is different is what you can order. Most clubs on this strip stop at tacos, nachos, and a couple of shrimp plates. We also serve oysters, seasonal conch, coconut ceviche, aguachile, tuna sashimi, Yucatecan poc chuc and tikin xic, and Caribbean lobster sold by the gram.

Hard to find on this beach

  • Oysters on the half shell — 10 pieces for $22, on ice, with lime and two house dressings
  • Seasonal conch — butter, ajillo, diabla, or breaded
  • Coconut ceviche — shrimp or mixed, sold individual or to share
  • Mexican aguachile
  • Tuna sashimi and grilled tuna
  • Whole fresh fish — tikin xic, garlic butter, garlic guajillo, or creamy zarandeado
  • Coco Loco served in a fresh coconut

Nachos and ceviches come in individual or share sizes. Reserve a chair with your tour, or come eat after you walk the malecón.
